Step 1: If you are single, sit on the space marked “1”

Step 2: Make yourself look attractive, friendly, and interesting

Step 3: Wait for a single member of the opposite sex to come sit on the space marked “2”

Step 4: When both members are present, make introductions and then initiate conversation. Begin with lighter questions and topics (“where are you from?” “what’s your major?”). Move to more interesting and serious questions as you feel comfortable. There are an infinite number of questions, but here are some examples of ice-breakers you could ask:

What would you do if your face got ripped off?

Were you popular in High School?

What are you allergic to?

On a scale of 1 to 10, how socially awkward are you?

etc.
